About

Fiction Writer. Art Curator. Art & Architecture History Student. Future Maker.

After my studies in Boston, I started to write a novel. Then several others, as well as short stories. But as much as I love being an author, I am well aware that this is an activity that can cut you off from the rest of the world. As I have always been curious about others and the things they created, I decided to become an art writer, to unite my two interests. During my first years as a journalist, I focused on history and culture. More recently, I worked with contemporary art magazines Illustrators and Beautiful Bizarre, as a writer, curator as well as social media and submissions manager.

In 2014, I discovered tattoo art by chance and decided to share this new interest with the rest of the world. I jumped on the Tattoodo bandwagon, which is now one of the most popular app about tattooing. I also had the opportunity to work for Inked Magazine, Konbini, the inspiring website of curator Morgan English, Tattrx, as well as Open Minded. For me, tattoo art was a great opportunity to meet new people, new ideas and to build bridges between history and present, between more traditional arts and subcultures. I never got tattooed though; to those complaining about this, I answer that I also wrote crime novels without having to kill anybody. Yes, I have humor, let’s say it is part of my charm!

2020 has been a decisive year for me. The global crisis decided me to go back to the studies of History of Art and Architecture I had stopped in 2009 for personal reasons. I wanted to do something concrete and useful. Open minded and eager to push the boundaries, I want to discuss my many interests with you. I’m an art lover with a weakness for architecture, nature and photography. I’m a movie-lover from classic to horror. I’m a passionate reader of both literature and essays on social history and culture. I’m obviously an explorer. So… let’s talk.
